So I was sitting here the other night listening to Fall Out Boy on my ipod. I got to thinking. I need some new FOB music and I need it right now. haha. How dare they take a long hiatus because breakup is not a word in my vocabulary. Besides after all in my mind, the boys side projects I have a feeling by 2012 at least they will be back together writing music or secretly planning something.
Not really digging Pete’s new band or whatever he calls it. The Black Cards just don’t do it for me. I think it is because of Bebe the lead girl’s voice. There is just something about it I don’t like.
Patrick is supposed to have a solo cd coming out so I heard or maybe it is already out but I haven’t seen anything else on it other than a preview he gave several months ago.
This band helped change me for the better. I started getting out of my quiet shell and actually meeting new people. I heard new music from bands I would never have heard of or even have liked if I hadn’t gotten from the new friends I made. I traveled more and saw new places. I miss it.
I don’t like this hiatus. How do you guys feel now that it’s been almost a year that FOB has been gone?
